The 'child's' footsteps faded away as she disappeared from sight. Thale watched her leave before setting off at a light run herself. She avoided the large puddle of blood dexteriously so as to not stain her boots and rise more suspicion on herself than there already would be. The young lycan weaved in and out of the streets that called to her young memories to vividly and well. It was like she had always kept a map of this place inside of her - just in case.
Thalia slowed down significantly once she reached main street. Some stalls had already been set up and, just had it had been nearly a decade before, two clothing stalls at opposite ends of the street. She turned to the one her family had not used that much. Yes, the one she was use to was good and she liked it, but it was too risky on her own part. Plus, she'd rather not literally be running from from this place if anyone else recognized her as Jack had.
The young woman walked into the tent-like stall and saw that only two dresses were premade. One looked to be about Sybal's size, though maybe a little big. But the other was, quite obviously, for a very young baby.
The first one was a light blue hue and had a lot of frills. Maybe not something that Sybal may have wanted, but it was all this lycan could provide on such an occasion.
Thalia moved to the merchant who was sitting patiently at the desk as he twindled his thumbs idly.
"Uh, sir, my little sister's birthday is tomorrow and I thought of getting her a dress and the bigger one seems to be just about her size... How much is it?" Seruma asked as she made her voice shy and soft. It seemed light and joyous - perfect for this 'occasion of the family', as one might say.
Imagination disposes of everything; it creates beauty, justice, and happiness, which are everything in this world. ---Blaise Pascal

The merchant sat at the desk twiddling his thumbs absent mindedly. He stopped abruptly when a woman entered his tent. He watched her look at the two dresses, the larger one she seemed interested in.
Smiling he nodded at the woman. "I'm sure the little one will adore the gift," he said in a cripsy voice. "Because of the occassion I'll lower the price for you miss. 10 shillings," he told her, smiling.
He stood up and carefully plucked the dress off its hook. He folded it neatly and set it on the desk, wrapping it in old brown paper.
